Covana Europe is part of the Aqua Warehouse group based in Chelmsford, Essex. Over the last 6 years Richard Hart and his team have established the Covana brand in the UK leisure market. Covana is a high-end fully automated cover that provides a simple, secure and safe solution for the hot tub or swim spa owner. The range includes 4 unique models to suit all sizes and shapes.

The product manufactured in Canada is imported exclusively by Aqua Warehouse and sold throughout the UK and Europe via a well-respected network of dealers. This includes HotSprings, Jacuzzi and Hydropool and other well-known independent retailers with every dealer having at least one of the product range on display. 

Covana Europe have many dealers throughout mainland Europe - a fast-expanding market with the product being extremely popular in France, Sweden, Germany, and Switzerland. This is also managed by our team in Chelmsford.

During 2020 sales of Covana have continued to increase as more and more dealers come on board. Every dealer has a dedicated account manager offering marketing and sales support. All dealers are fully trained by our in-house team to give them the skills and confidence to install the various models.

The Covana Europe team includes four customer-friendly technicians, three office-based staff who offer full sales support, organise logistics and provide technical back-up.  The team makes sure that its dealers and subsequently end-users receive a first-class product and service.
